I would highly recommend these canvas stretcher bars. The design is genius! Very easy to assemble and very professional looking result. The painting I stretched had only about a 1″ border all the way around so traditional stretcher bars would not have worked. The way these assemble plus the adhesive made it no problem. Staples aren’t generally required, but I plan to use them since I didn’t have much canvas edge to wrap around.

Really easy to use. The yellows were tough because you have to do several coats in order to cover the numbers. Even the white only needed like 2 coats. Took a long while to do the entire picture, but it gave me something to look forward to do at the end of the day to do. Never ran out of paint.

Very pleased with this product. After reading other reviews, I ordered the 14×18 size for my 23.25×18.25 canvas. I could have gone down another inch on each side, since there is a little white showing around the sides (only about half the thickness of the frame), but it’s not super noticeable and it doesn’t take away from the overall look. I have never stretched a canvas before and was a little worried, but the instructions were clear and simple and it ended up being very easy. I would definitely buy this product again.

My favorite yet,I knew I was going to love this one and it didn’t disappoint. The colors are so vibrant, actually better than what the picture depicted. This is my second thus far and I plan on continuing until I’ve painted all of the items on the site that interest me (or until my fingers fall off, whichever happens first). Very relaxing and such an enjoyable experience. It’s one of those “trust the process” experiences as well…..looks intimidating at first, then it doesn’t look like much for a while, but then comes a point when you really start to see the picture come to life. This product was so much fun to work on. I was nervous that the painting wouldn’t match up to my photo, but it did perfectly. For those worried about the small spaces, the brushes they provide with the canvas work really well. Not only is it fun, but it’s also sturdy and if you need more of a certain color, the make sure to provide it. My canvas was very colorful and it was a picture of two musicians I admire. The colors matched up perfectly and I had enough to do a double coat of each of the 30 paints/colors. They also give you the hardware to hang your canvas up (minus the hook).
I loved it so much I’m ordering another one tonight. Can’t rec this enough!

This paint by number is too cute for words. Like most these days paint is applied to fabric rather than the cardboard of yesterday. It takes up a lot less room that way, but it can be hard to straighten the fabric out sufficiently to paint. Ironing can be useful for that. Still, I just LOVE this paint by number!!

I did get this on sale – not sure if I would’ve paid full price BUT! it’s really amazing. I sent in a photo of our dog and it came with stretched canvas, all the paints, brushes, a guide, and photo of what it will look like when it’s done. It’s so beautiful and for anyone that’s remotely “crafty” or artistic, this would make a really great gift. I’m not a painter, but I like crafts and having this portrait of my precious pup on the wall makes me proud!

I’ve bought lots of kits and this one by far has been the most user friendly. Although it didn’t come with a frame, it came with a sticker and a paper copy of what you’re going to be painting. The brushes are bad either. There was plenty of paint and I was surprised that I had a bit left over. I first bought this for my 10 yr old and they felt it was too complicated so I ended up doing it myself. Which I wanted to do tbh.

Do not purchase these canvases on “paint by number “ or †epacific mallâ€. Idid and it has been six weeks plus without even a shipping notice. I ordered on Amazon and twice I received the canvas in two days. You guessed it, the other order is shipped from China so I doubt I will ever see them. Although I have not painted the canvases I found the canvas to be very good quality, sturdy and well stamped with the paint pattern. These are not your growing up paint by number kits. They are for adults, complex and intricate. The paints are well sealed, there is no excess , but I expect there is adequate paint. The brushes are packaged well and protected. It will take committment and time to complete but I expect it to be worth it and a great production.

So during quarantine I bought one of those paint by numbers canvases. Painted the whole thing and then realized I had no way to finish it. You can’t stretch canvas that’s already painted and there’s no nice way to frame it in a normal frame.
Enter this awesome system. I was able to frame my canvas in probably 5 minutes and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Very simple to use and the results are great.
Word of caution – you will need 3-4 inches of extra canvas on the sides to use this method. I originally bought a 16×20 frame for my 16×20 paint by numbers canvas which was too big. The 14×18 worked great but there is some blank canvas on the side that will need to be cleaned up.

It’s a great way to spend time during quarantine. The numbers are clearly marked and the amount of color provided seems more than enough. I just wish it came framed though. It came wrinkled which I don’t like. But it’s good overall.
