So FUN,I have thoroughly enjoyed doing this little project. I did buy myself a few better quality brushes in order to work on the intricate portions of the painting. Solid product for the price and ease of assembly. I assembled it in less than 10 minutes for my 36 x 48 ish canvas painting. Really happy with it so far though it has only been a few days. Only caveat I had was that the glue and covering was missing or came off on the corner of one of the pieces when I opened the product, but as it is then matched to the corner of another piece, it was not an issue for assembly. Overly, highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first. We usually buy an already set up canvas, not just a canvas sheet. But this time around I needed the frame to stretch the canvas sheet over, so we gave this a try. It was easy to assemble, is very durable, … but it does not stick 100%, we stapled it on the backside into the wood, and hammered it down to make sure it doesn’t come unglued. Still perfect frame!

Not a crafty person at all, but I found the instructions easy to follow. It would have been nice to have an extra pair of hands when putting in the staples. Do not use this vender! Texture of dreams. They were very fast on a nice, framed canvas however my cat is all gray. They had my cats right side was black and gray the left side black and brown. They said they couldn’t do anything about it that my picture wasn’t clear. They did offer to do a different picture for me. I decided to buy the correct paint to make her all shades of gray. Some of the spaces are not numbered with a paint number. Sometimes two spaces have the same number separated by a senseless line. The worst is some of the paint is so thin it doesn’t cover the numbers no matter how many coats you put on them. Beware…only two poor quality brushes.
UPDATE: This company offered to make a new paint by number of a different picture. Glad I gave them another chance! They created a new painting for me, all new paints and didn’t ask me to return the old. The new one is a huge HIT! IM VERY HAPPY!

Very nice although not at all as polished as the picture. It is a great idea though to fill the hours of quarantine. And the dragon looks nice when done. Small suggestion, do not paint in numerical order but from light to dark. The darker colors can easily glide over the lighter colors when a not so steady hand blur the lines.

I did one of my cat and ordered another (just finished last night) of my sister’s dog. These kits are VERY easy to do and come out looking great! The only thing I can’t figure out, and I read this in another review, pictures with a lot of white end up with a lot of green. I guess it’s to give it shading, but on the second one, I painted over quite a bit of the green with whites and grays to make it look more like the original.

Do not purchase these canvases on “paint by number “ or †epacific mallâ€. Idid and it has been six weeks plus without even a shipping notice. I ordered on Amazon and twice I received the canvas in two days. You guessed it, the other order is shipped from China so I doubt I will ever see them. Although I have not painted the canvases I found the canvas to be very good quality, sturdy and well stamped with the paint pattern. These are not your growing up paint by number kits. They are for adults, complex and intricate. The paints are well sealed, there is no excess , but I expect there is adequate paint. The brushes are packaged well and protected. It will take committment and time to complete but I expect it to be worth it and a great production.

I enjoy these paint by numbers and thought this one was pretty, and I liked that it was relatively inexpensive. There are a lot of small details to paint, so this one will take time to finish. My photo took me 5 days of painting 2-4 hours a day to get here. The brushes and paints are decent quality. The only thing missing was a reference page to look at in case you accidentally painted something wrong. So make sure you take before pictures of the canvas before you start. Also, it would be nice if there were more of certain colors that are used more than others. The lines and numbers are fairly dark, so more paint would also help to make it so these don’t show through, in addition to making sure there’s enough to paint the picture.

So during quarantine I bought one of those paint by numbers canvases. Painted the whole thing and then realized I had no way to finish it. You can’t stretch canvas that’s already painted and there’s no nice way to frame it in a normal frame.
Enter this awesome system. I was able to frame my canvas in probably 5 minutes and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Very simple to use and the results are great.
Word of caution – you will need 3-4 inches of extra canvas on the sides to use this method. I originally bought a 16×20 frame for my 16×20 paint by numbers canvas which was too big. The 14×18 worked great but there is some blank canvas on the side that will need to be cleaned up.
