This painting was one of the best that I have encountered!!! The paints were nice and thick, but not too thick. The canvas was of good quality and absorbed the paint nicely. The whole painting was laid out well, and very easy to follow—never got lost once. The painting looks pretty much like the small picture that came with it. My only complaint is that some of the lighter colors did not cover number/lines very well (typical for most kits). I very much enjoyed painting this one!!! The end result was a very nice painting to hang.

Excellent print,This is the best paint by number set I’ve ever bought. It came rolled, as opposed to the regular folded ones I’ve received. No matter how much ironing I’ve done on the folded canvases, it’s almost impossible to get all the creases out. This rolled canvas was superb to work with. It’s a great print, easy to see, and very detailed. The only problem I had was that a couple of the paints were gritty and difficult to work with. I added some water, but they just were bad mixtures. I’m very careful about not letting the paints be exposed to air very long, so I know the problem wasn’t a result of my handling of the paints. Other than that, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought this painting set as a gift, and my friend seemed to like it! It contained all the materials needed for the painting. The paintbrush is a bit basic, but it works fine. It takes a few days to finish, since you need to wait for paint to dry between layers. My friend needed to use a few layers for certain colors, since the paint was low quality. However, the kit wasn’t missing any colors, and the painting turned out similar to the advertised picture.

Kandinsky Early Period,This particular kit which is the only one I’ve done so far has been amazing. I love Kandinsky and was overjoyed to see the kit of his Munich Houses. I’ve never had so much fun at an easel. If you have any artistic talent at all you can find a paint by numbers kit for you. In picking an early abstract painting it’s been easy for me to make it my own by checking the number, looking at a copy of the painting and basically ignoring the lines (mostly) and going for the intent of the original artist. A lot of my friends think I’ve made it up and boy are they surprised when they hear it’s Paint By Numbers. This is not you kiddie paint by numbers kit from your childhood. It’s very challenging for adults and I can’t wait to finally complete this one, frame it, hang it, and start on another. I’m including my progress so far and I’ll send another photo with myself in it when I’m through.
