Easy enough for my 7 year old and my 12 year old niece. It was fun and only took about an hour or 2. A couple leaves weren’t numbered, so they just made them whatever color they wanted so it wasn’t a big deal. Fun and nice that it’s already on a framed canvas.

Really happy I purchased two of these to mount a couple of canvas paintings from a local artist.
You have to pay attention to what you’re doing, but instructions are straight-forward and the process is pretty easy to follow.
Neither of the canvas I mounted were completely flat. Each had some shallow waves in them, but stretching and mounting them on this frame got rid of 96% of the waves.
Five minutes after mounting you have to really look close to see any imperfections in the surface of the canvas. I’m very happy with the results, but I suspect as the fabric adjusts over the next couple of days it will continue to flatten out.

We had bought a bunch of hand-painted prints while in Greece a couple of years ago. I had them mounted on cardboard for the past 2 years, but wanted actual frame kits instead. Got 3 of these.. the first one took me about an hour to mount, the 2nd – about 30 minutes, and the 3rd was about 20 minutes. Really easy to use. The yellows were tough because you have to do several coats in order to cover the numbers. Even the white only needed like 2 coats. Took a long while to do the entire picture, but it gave me something to look forward to do at the end of the day to do. Never ran out of paint.

Having fun,My greatest complaint is that you are showing a photograph of a still life. This is not the same as the painting that will come from this kit. Why do you not post on your website an actual finished version of the painting? In my case, there is no handle on the white vase. The vase looks a lot different (not shiny) from the photo on your site. The fruits (apples and pears) are not as lifelike as the photo. (Oddly, the photo posted by another reviewer does have a handle on the vase and the coloration on the vase is different!) I’m not saying that my finished painting is not pleasant, but you are not showing a representative picture of what we are buying, and I think that is very wrong.

Good-quality product,This is my first try at ‘adult’ painting by numbers, and I was pleased with the quality of the canvas sent to me. Some of the areas are so tiny, and the numbers hard to read, that a magnifying glass is necessary, but I am working away on this, slowly. I took the tip of photographing the canvas, in sections, so that I could zoom in to read the paint numbers — and what works even better is to put those photos on my laptop and have that by my side as I paint.

I bought this painting set as a gift, and my friend seemed to like it! It contained all the materials needed for the painting. The paintbrush is a bit basic, but it works fine. It takes a few days to finish, since you need to wait for paint to dry between layers. My friend needed to use a few layers for certain colors, since the paint was low quality. However, the kit wasn’t missing any colors, and the painting turned out similar to the advertised picture.

These brushes have wider handles than is usual, and also have a triangular gripping region which makes them very comfortable to use. The set also includes some very fine tips which helps with precision painting. They quickly became my favorite brushes to use.

Fun,I enjoyed filling my time with this paint by numbers. The colors are off from the original. They were a lot brighter and a lot more orange. Many of the colors were sheer so even after 4 coats of a color, you can still see the numbers. I hung it up at work and someone complimented my Van Gogh print, little did they know I did it myself!

This product was so much fun to work on. I was nervous that the painting wouldn’t match up to my photo, but it did perfectly. For those worried about the small spaces, the brushes they provide with the canvas work really well. Not only is it fun, but it’s also sturdy and if you need more of a certain color, the make sure to provide it. My canvas was very colorful and it was a picture of two musicians I admire. The colors matched up perfectly and I had enough to do a double coat of each of the 30 paints/colors. They also give you the hardware to hang your canvas up (minus the hook).
I loved it so much I’m ordering another one tonight. Can’t rec this enough!

It was really frustrating for the most part. It’s almost too detailed. Once I realized that perfection wasn’t everything and made broader strokes, it really helped. I think it took me about 2 weeks to complete, working maybe half an hour a day, maybe less.

This product comes from China and the instructions aren’t written very well in English. Also, it is very difficult to iron out the creases. It should also be noted that this has a high level of difficulty and isn’t good for young kids. Way too many small details. The numbers indicating which paint color is needed are hard to read.

Better than expected,Such a great paint by number! Granted, the picture took almost 3 months to get to me, so be aware that shipping times are VERY long right now, but it was worth the wait. The painting ended up almost exactly like the picture and it’s a very nice, thin canvas material instead of paper. Honestly, much better than I expected from a random Facebook ad. The only thing I would comment on is that the greenish color for mine was a little hard to blend, so that portion of the water looks a little off, but overall, it doesn’t ruin the picture.

I purchased this for a activity for my daughter’s 12th birthday party. It was a hit! Enough to hold attention for over an hour and easy for them to do. Of course they did not finish as there is so much to do, but that was part of my gift for them to take home with their paints. Then they had an activity to do later at home. The paints do seem like they may run out but you do only use a small amount so they may last to the end. You will have to provide your own frame st the end, but you get a nice finished canvas of your own masterpiece! I would recommend for beginners no matter what age as it will keep you entertained for hours!
