It arrived earlier than expected! The paint is good quality, and it comes on canvas. The picture is very large. I think it’s more for an adult than for a child. There’s a lot of detail. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s a fan.

I really enjoyed doing this little paint project. It is small and comes stapled around a wooden frame. When it was complete I decided it looked a little too much like it belonged in a young girls room, so I did not hang it. It was fun to work on. I think a young person age 7-11 would probably really love this as a gift. The colors in the photo were not the same as the tones in the paints supplied with the canvas. If the colors were more like the photo I don’t think it would have looked so much like it belonged in a child’s room.

Since I rely heavily on pictures from other consumers when deciding whether to purchase something online, I thought I would contribute for once. This was my first PBN project, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think the finished product looks almost identical to the photo. The colors are comparable to what you see online. I took a picture of my finished product in natural light.
However, I did run out of the #5 medium brown color. While I covered all the sections, there are some white spots that show through. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I did also have to go over the lighter colors a second, third, and fourth time to cover the numbers. Overall, however, I think this is worth the money!

It was my first time using DIY canvas stretch. I got discounted one and it was missing one staple, which not a bit deal. But I saved money on it. I used a bit of wood glue because I didn’t finish it right away and had to come back to it. It worked just fine. Now I finally have painting on my wall. I will definitely but another canvas stretch for my other painting s.

I haven’t had a chance to use the brushes themselves yet, but if the packaging is any indication of quality…I will not be disappointed. Plastic sleeve over a solid plastic tube that screws apart. Inside each brush is individually wrapped in a straw like tube inside their own plastic wrappers. Completely blown away by the attention put into the packaging for something that didn’t cost much at all. (Hopefully the cost isn’t all in the packaging lol). Visually the brushes all look pristine and I won’t be putting them through too much heavy use so I feel like they will hold up for a long time.

Adjustments and Time,This was the first time I did a paint by number on canvas. Some of the paints weren’t thick enough so I had to paint over certain section 4 or 5 times for it to look right. It took me a long time to get this done but I enjoyed it.

Really nice brushes!! I was definitely surprised with the packaging as all the brushes came in a little plastic cylinder, and inside a kind of velvet bag. The packaging gave me ~luxurious~ vibes.
I really like the brushes they get their job done and have held up pretty well. 🙂 I mostly use them for detail work but have used mixed media’s with them like acrylic and watercolor and they seem fine if I’m honest. They seem in perfect condition after being used several times. Hope that helps!!

This was exactly what I wanted! This was a picture I took in York, England and I’m so happy I could paint this moment.
Cons – the light green, orange, and red were not as thick as I’d hoped. You could see the numbers under several layers of paint. I ended up globbing a lot of paint over the number, which made a weird texture. Also, use your own brushes if possible (theirs are a little cheap).
Pro – the rest of the paint is fantastic. The canvas came already on the frame so it wasn’t rolled or folded. And I did not have to attach to the frame. There was more than enough paint (DO NOT WATER DOWN). Came out like an impressionist painting.
I painted on an easel, which saved my back from working on a table top.
Don’t choose an image that has a lot of detail. It’ll be harder to paint with all the colors, and these images become naturally blurred as paintings. Not a lot of definition.

The box says that kids can do this – which is bonkers. I bought two for my friend and I to do while she came to visit from out of town. I’d give 5 stars if it didn’t come folded. We couldn’t successfully iron out the creases. The spaces are quite small, which means you have to quite attentive. Some of the light colors have a hard time covering the numbers, but an extra coat or two will solve that.

Perfect Horizon picture difficult if no instructions,This picture came out great, there was just a little issue with some of the paints requiring several coats to cover the numbers. Also it did NOT come with the instruction sheet as it said it would. When I emailed support they attached pdf copy of the instructions which was critical to finishing the picture as some of the numbers ran over the lines and could not be read and some sections were so small the numbers were blurred on printing. The picture itself is gorgeous when completed, have framed it and am hanging it in my bedroom.

Very nice image and decently sized canvas. Once I cut the extra border off, it fit nicely in a 16×20 frame. I feel the actual paint colors are more saturated than the image pictured. Good for beginner/intermediate painters. Brushes and paint pretty basic as expected.

Really great product for a Do-It-Yourself project. Not much of a project as it is pretty easy to do. Only issue I had was making sure it was squared on the picture. The painting I got wasn’t on a perfectly squared piece of canvas, so it was a little challenging. Seems really well made, and all the pieces line up nicely. I got my order in right under the wire and this arrived just as quarantine was beginning in my state. I noticed it listed as unavailable just a couple of days later, so I must have gotten really lucky. Unbelievably fast turn around, ordered on 3/18, delivered on 3/26. The kit even included extra paint for colors that were used more often! I do wish the paint were a little thicker, I have to do multiple coats when using some colors, but for the price, I really couldn’t expect much better. I don’t know if I’ll ever get this thing done, there are so many details in the picture I chose!

The reviews seem to be exaggerating a bit in terms of difficulty… I don’t have a staple gun and it came together just fine, wood fit together great, consistency of parts is not perfect but for the price paid and time spent (15 min) can’t be beat.
The biggest problem is the wood tension reinforcements, those don’t fit in the wood very well at all but with superglue it’s ok.

I’ve bought lots of kits and this one by far has been the most user friendly. Although it didn’t come with a frame, it came with a sticker and a paper copy of what you’re going to be painting. The brushes are bad either. There was plenty of paint and I was surprised that I had a bit left over. I first bought this for my 10 yr old and they felt it was too complicated so I ended up doing it myself. Which I wanted to do tbh.

Actually, it’s my first painting by numbers project. This project helped me to relieve stress between exams. For me, as a beginner, it’s a little bit complicated but still is really fun and very addicting. I can’t wait to complete it. Canvas is of good quality and paints are the same as it was shown in the picture. The printed number guide helped me not to lose my track when I needed to paint tiny areas. Beautiful advanced results,I chose this as my 3rd painting to tackle as it looked a little more difficult than the first two. Lots of fine detail, shading (optional) time consuming, and I loved every moment of it. Loved the results and ordered a custom paint by number as my next attempt. Highly recommend this print. Only negative was worrying about running out of paint especially the black background and several of the skin tones. If the option is available to order extra paint it would be a good idea.

I got this set for a painting class I took. Fortunately, the majority of the required colors were within this package and it was great. I was able to complete an entire semesters work of paintings with these paints and they never failed. The colors were beautiful and I never had an issue with mixing. The paint was good quality, using medium and terpenoid both worked out well with these paints.
