Fun and beautiful. It was my first ever paint-by-number and I got it as a warm up for a bigger piece I want to do. There is plenty of paint and the brushes are appropriately sized for the tiny details. It would have been easier if the canvas was black, as opposed to needing to be painted black, but that’s just a detail. Almost wish I had left it grey because it was so difficult to get the black in between all the detail sections.

These are pretty nice brushes. The bristles are a tad bit longer than I expected and the tiny ones (which I intend to use for the really small spots on my paint by numbers projects) aren’t as stiff as I had hoped, but they’re still good quality and will definitely get the job done.
Surprisingly, I prefer the larger sized brushes although I didn’t expect to use them much when I bought them. They’re very sturdy and paint beautifully and evenly.
Very sturdy handle and it’s actually sort of shimmery. More brown than black but I don’t care about the color. The grip part is a bit high for my personal taste and hand size, but I also like to grip very close to the edge.
The case is a nice bonus so I can store them closed and upright so there’s no chance of the bristles getting bent during storage. It also has a velvet bag which is cute. Shipping took about a week total.

That being said, I’m glad I wasn’t done with it right away because I enjoyed the process so much. I found the paints perfect – not dry as some people reported. These little brushes paint like a dream!! They have great spring and come back to a point every time! I paint with acryla gouache, which dries faster than acrylic, and can wreck brushes quickly, but these brushes can handle my paint and clean up nice. The design is genius too! With a nice grip which doubles as a safeguard against your brush rolling off the table.

I am so excited! I ordered this from another vendor and it never came. I ordered from Texture of Dreams and it was here in just over a week! A WEEK!!! OH MY GOSH! I will update this when I paint it but just to give you the opening…When I opened this I was totally surprised. The canvas is already on the frame. The paints are numbered and perfectly beautiful. The canvas is not only printed with the numbers but also with the colors printed on the canvas. There is a page with the picture and the colors also written there so I can reference it as I go along. There is a picture of what the painting should look like, if I follow directions, when I am done. Lastly it was all packaged perfectly so even if it was man handled it would remain in excellent condition. The only thing I will not use from the kit is the brushes. They are a little cheap but I knew that going into this. Can’t wait to paint it. Will update and post pictures when it is done.

This product is way easier to use than I thought. I read reviews beforehand, some sounded like horror stories and I almost gave up trying to do it on my own because I’m not handy in any way. I was going to just bring it to a shop but I decided to pick up the challenge because I actually have time on my hands. If it will take me weeks, so be it. It took me about 45 minutes. And that’s only because I measured and marked and remeasured and remarked like 20 times. Once I finally started it took me maybe 10 minutes tops. The product video is very helpful and accurate. I highly recommend and would use again.

I finished and the colors are way off from what they are supposed to be. (first picture is original) And I had to make an orange for myself to use as I ran out because the canvas kept bleeding thru on that specific color provided. Canvas bled thru bout half the colors. Still a nice picture but the colors bother me as I know what they’re supposed to be. But the quality of canvas and speed of shipping give it a higher review would have been a 3 if not for that

Just received my package today! I opened it up and snapped a picture but haven’t got to start on it yet.
I highly recommend, comes with a big canvas, a sheet of paper both with your picture, labeled paint and 2 brushes.
I plan on working on it later this week, not sure how long it will take me lol. But when it’s finished I will post a picture! If you’re thinking about ordering, I recommend!

My wife started one of these a while ago and found that its very relaxing to do, especially with some music on. Its a great way to unwind and take your mind off everything going on in the world. Since she loved it so much, we bought this extra set for one of our kids to try. As for the package, the painting canvas is a nice fabric-like material. There are numbers that correspond to specific acrylic colors for you to paint. Should you be a messy painter and cover up a neighboring number, you can reference the paper sheet that has the same information. There are multiple brushes included and the colors look pretty fresh, not like stale or dried up paint. I would recommend this for others, based on my wife’s experience. Its a great way to kill hours at a time. Hopefully, it should also teach patience for our kid! The price for this package was good, too. This set has the perfect amount of colors too, as the complicated ones can be overwhelming for a child. I can’t wait to see how my daughter does with this set and for us to frame it up, eventually.

This will make a very beautiful painting when it’s done. The canvas is folded so you may want to do something about flattening or stretching it on a frame before you start. Stretching onto a frame is kind of necessary to start with if you wish to paint on an easel instead of a flat table but you can do that too then frame. There is an ample amount of paint to complete the project and the instructions on the back of the box are fairly easy to understand also.

I have only started the pain by number, but the paint seems to cover well and the canvas doesn’t soak in or run. The canvas creases were a challenge to get out but I put it on a stretcher frame before I started. Very small detailed sections and 24 different paints so I think it will look well blended. Project will take time but that is OK, I enjoy the detail painting.

I bought the framed version and I’m glad I did.My kit had a stretched canvas with clear print, a finished image and a diagram, thick good quality acrylic paint, a hardware kit for hanging and three brushes.The numbers are easy to read,the brushes it comes with are perfect for all the various sizes of sections that need to be covered in paint. This was my first time painting anything and i really enjoyed the process. I did a lot of these as a kid. lt has a lot of little sections to paint, but it is relaxing and fun. I’m still working on it but it has been really fun and easy to do. Great for a while I’m staying at home safe.
