I’ve loved doing this—whimsical design, great color variety, but it definitely is not for young children. As another reviewer said, there are some very small areas that are difficult to do with the brushes provided. I had to paint over some areas a few times to fix mistakes or to hide the numbers. This was a gift and a huge hit with me—I hadn’t done one since I was a kid and found it to be so relaxing. I would highly recommend for anyone over 11.

Finally finished mine! I had so much fun with it! It turns out SO PRETTY and I can’t wait to hang it on my wall. The paint brushes and the paints are very easy to use. The quality of the canvas is pretty GOOD as well. The kit comes in with a rolled packaging, so there aren’t any folds on the canvas like the other ones, which means I can start drawing directly without having to worry about flattening the canvas 🙂

This set is really good quality. It comes in a tube so there are no creases, something I haven’t experienced with other kits. The paints are pretty thick and opaque which makes it easier to paint. I haven’t finished the piece but it’s look great so far. It’s got some very small sections though so it might be a bit difficult for beginners.

I actually left a review about this item previously, but no idea why it disappeared. Anyways, as the mentioned headline, the most thing I felt bad was that the black color was not enough. It needs about double or even triple the amount it came with. That was the first color I started and made me down so badly for the experience. However, except for this, so far so good even though I was wondering why it did not come with the hooking items which were displayed in its pictures (or maybe those pictures were not originally from the seller?)
The delivery speed was best than other items I ordered at the same time even though the product did not wrapped. I only hoped they could fold the reference paper for the art more carefully. I did not really feel okay with that.

A 7 year old painted the Monkey and a 9 year old painted the Tiger. The Tiger was definitely harder and required more patience. We almost ran out of green paint for the monkey but we did make it. There was plenty of paint for all the other colors. There was no paint mixing needed. Each painting came with 2 paintbrushes, both with relatively small tips. We ended up using our own paintbrushes. The directions were in awkward English, as others have mentioned, but this type of painting project doesn’t require much in the way of directions. The paintings each came with 2 hangers and screws. The hanging hardware for the Tiger painting was bigger than the hardware for the monkey. Both kids really enjoyed the painting and want to do more at some point
