I purchased three sets of canvas stretcher bars. Each time I put the canvas on the bars, the process became easier. I found the glue to be applied in different thickness and on the ends not spread evenly which made it a little bit tricky to get the canvas to sick well. I would buy these bars again.

Custom painting Just ok,The item printed fast and was put in the mail fast but took almost two months to actually get the item. I’m not happy with the faces and I had to change the colouring of the teeth and eyes. Not something I would recommend for a beginner. The faces are too choppy for my taste. A little Andy Worhallish to me. Maybe a pet would look better or something that doesn’t have as much detail as I had.

Psychadelic Flowers review,This was a cool pic to paint & chill out to some music. It’s a hobby that a couple of people can enjoy painting at the same time. The lighter colors needed to be painted 2-3 times to cover up numbers. The schematic is helpful on repaints. Tip- remember to paint from the center outward because it’s easy to stick your hand in wet paint! Tip- check that the paint caps are on tight or they’ll dry out! Have fun!!!

Recently I had purchased five pieces of canvas artwork of varying sizes from the internet, knowing I was going to have to DIY up a canvas frame solution for each of them. I’m here to tell you that I *might* have been able to do it without these frame kits, but it would’ve been a lot more challenging, AND a lot more expensive! Simple instructions, simple pieces, and after spending a couple hours… I ended up with 5 absolutely gorgeous pieces of artwork with minimal work and miniscule money invested. (Trust me, if you’ve ever had to have something professionally framed, you know how expensive it can get!) My only complaint (and it’s relatively minor) is that each kit comes with metal “brackets” to pin down the edges of your canvas to the frame. In every case, the metal brackets were seemingly frozen to each other and I couldn’t separate them from one another — so they were basically useless. I ended up using a staple gun I had on hand to pin down each edge, and it worked beautifully. If I end up with canvasses in the future, there’s no question I’ll pick up more of these. ALSO… keep in mind that no instructions are included with the package itself, so you’ll want to return to the Amazon page and print your instructions from there. The steps are super-simple.

Artistic Woman,This was my second paint by number kit. I purchased this for the benefit of gaining skill in painting by numbers. The quality of the product was excellent. The paints were very thick and in hindsight I should have diluted each of them with water prior to use, thus not making the colors so dark on my first application. Halfway through the project I decided to use my own colors–big mistake. I should have completed the painting with paint supplied and applied my own color variations at the end. Needless to say, i ruined the picture and discarded it. I since purchased Four Seasons and it came out beter than I planned. I personally prefer a matte finish for my paintings. Overall I was completely satisfied with the product but unhappy with how I approached the project. This gave me countless hours of enjoyment painting. My plans are to have a custom print done to paint.

Very detailed so be prepared! I’m writing this review only to help others because some of the colors are off. Most noticeably… the blue #3 is much too bright a blue and I should have added black to tone it down and darken it. The charcoal #6 needed lightening because it was too close to the black and didn’t stand out. The blue #5 also needed lightening and I had to adjust a few others to either make them stand out or tone them down. Wish I had known this before painting half the picture and then realizing I needed to go back and repaint some of it. Ran out of black #12 and came close to running out of the charcoal and blue #5 but realized this half way through and made sure to use every bit on my brush and apply as thin a coat as possible. I needed a magnifying glass to read some of the numbers and some spots are missing numbers so I had to look at the picture and take a guess. In the end, it turned out pretty nice but I’m not too happy with the color of that bright blue #3. I would have fixed it but it was just too much trouble to go back and repaint.

I did get this on sale – not sure if I would’ve paid full price BUT! it’s really amazing. I sent in a photo of our dog and it came with stretched canvas, all the paints, brushes, a guide, and photo of what it will look like when it’s done. So when you think outside of the box EVERYONE WINS! I ordered these so we could all have our own paintings and enjoy time together as a family and its worked out really well. Who Knew!!! They come w/ a “legend” or a “paper copy” w/ the numbers incase you color over a number and need to figure out your mistake. WELL GUESS WHAT I DID! I took that opportunity to create myself a side project and I opted to use the “paper copy” to color w/ color pencils and boy oh boy have I enjoyed myself! I tracked my journey w/ the legend and using color pencils – at some point I’ll laminate them and great a wall collage or something!

I tried this as an experiment for customer paint by number. I’ve always purchased ready made kits. This is a game changer. Unsure of the picture I upload, I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly and reassured me that it was a great choice. This seller is also one of the few – maybe the only one who sells larger size FRAMED canvases. I didn’t think that would be hard to find. Came with great paint and a Cole example of the finished painting. As paint by numbers usually go the colors are not exactly these same. But I’m okay with that- it lets me customize it myself, which I love doing at the end. One thing I wish they would include is a “color key map†that usually comes with kits so you can reference the numbers and color later once every has been covered. Thankfully I took pictures of the canvas prior to painting so I was able to reference those pictures. Turn around time was so fast too. I think it was 3-4 days from China- very impressive. Can’t wait to order my next masterpiece very soon.

It’s amazing! I never really got into the whole adult coloring phase, it just stresses me out and my pictures never turned out amazing like other people’s lol but this is very simple and it comes out very pretty! It’s easy to do because you don’t have to worry about picking colors you just paint. I got one for me and my sister and we spend a few hours on it almost everyday! It slowly but surely comes together! I really recommend this product. ALSO I noticed a few people complaining about the fact that it’s folded, however it was gently folded and it’s still easy to paint. The paint dries fast so I tend to just fold it up and stick it in my purse with one of the paint strips and the brushes it’s nice. When you’re done you can frame it and it’s fine, also if you’d like you can flip it over before you paint and iron the back of it to get the creases out.
