I’m awful at assembling anything. Even with the best instructions I mess up whatever I was putting together. This was super easy even for me!! I bought a cheap canvas poster thinking it was ready to hang. So figured I’d try this and couldn’t be happier. My son will love his Christmas gift. It took minimal time and no tools needed. You have to clip the corners and I used the handle of scissors to pound the little staple pieces in the pre drilled holes!!

I purchased this product to stretch fabric instead of canvas for wall hangings. I made a mistake in the delivery address and the company went the extra mile to correct the problem and get the product to me quickly. I assembled the frame before stretching the fabric across it and used a staple gun instead of the adhesive strips to secure the fabric. It worked very well. The frames are well made with braces in each corner to stabilize the frame. The wood is sturdy, yet soft enough to take the staples. I’m totally satisfied with the result.

This is a good solution for framing canvas. Fairly simple, not super difficult, looks ok. This does take some practice. Beware that the sticky parts are very sticky when it’s in convenient, but a day later you may find yourself breaking out the Gorrila Glue for edges that come loose.

Easy to assemble, only need a tool to tap in the frame staples. Thou, recommend to use a staple gun to secure your canvas but not required because glue strips are provided.

Frame is heavy, sturdy when put together and deeper than I expected. The common paint-by-number canvas is not quite big enough to stretch all the way around. The strips are very sticky and will hold a canvas well. Also the frame is too deep to stand in my notched painting easel.

The only thing I was frustrated with, the canvas came to me folded in half quite a few times, which created very deep permanent creases in the canvas. Ultimately, this will make the piece very difficult to work around. Something such as this should be packaged & delivered flat, as to avoid creasing. Just my opinion.

I have been been building model wind-jammer model ships since I retired in 2012 and have been getting fancier and fancier model ships to build. The painting that is required on these ships has to be very precise and I just couldn’t find a brush small enough to get into some of the areas that needed to be painted. Finally I found one in this kit and it has become my “right-hand” when it comes to the painting of my latest ship. The fit is comfortable, clean-up is no problem, and the bristles hold even more paint than I thought possible even for such a small brush. I also love the bag and cylinder they arrived in. I think you made a customer for life (or as long as I’m able to keep making model ships).

Absolutely love!,I enjoyed doing this so much, I ordered another one as soon as I finished. The colors are beautiful and I spent hours relaxing and painting. I like layering the paint on thick, and I ran out of #2 paint but I was able to replace it with the other blues. It isn’t an exact match of the original painting and some of the colors are slightly off (the branches are more green in this) but it still came out looking great! I would even consider doing this one again and give it away as a gift. Recommend!

Easy to do if your good at this kind of framing the instructions we’re fine. It would sell better if it was put together already however it’s sturdy once the frame is together. Many different sizes should be made for Diamond Art projects.

I had some canvas paintings that needed to be framed a got a professional quote for about $600. I ended up framing the paintings (a lot more than in the picture) myself with these frame kit for much less. The kit was easy to use and final outcome was very impressive. I did end up using a staple gun to ensure the canvas stayed put but then again I cut my canvas shorter than recommended by the seller. I also ordered custom sizes and Goodartstory’s response and delivery was prompt. Both regular and custom sizes worked worked perfectly!

This is so fun. It is my first paint by number, I am really enjoying it. The directions aren’t the clearest, but you don’t really need them as I painted by number as a child. I enjoyed doing this. I feel like they could have done better, though. The numbers were too dark for the lighter colors, some spaces didn’t have any number so i had to guess. They could have smoothed out the colors before they pushed print so I didn’t have a million little dots and hooks and s***. They also gave me way too much paint but not enough in two of them. I’ll try a different brand next.

I just received this in the mail and it took a while to come. First thing I noticed while starting is that some of the numbers are very small and some are faded but the small paintbrush is perfect for getting in between the corners. The biggest thing for me is that the colors don’t match but I will send an updated picture once this is finished.

I love this! Its been really fun. Mine came rolled, and I had no problems with any creasing.
I do just use the smallest little brush, and use the lid of the paint pit to mix water with the paint. Get the right consistency!
Mine did take a while to get to me, but I didnt mind! So fun!

My mother-in-law is infatuated with painting recently. She often bought this oil painting with her neighbors. Before that, she bought a sunflower. The canvas creases were a challenge to get out but I put it on a stretcher frame before I started. Very small detailed sections and 24 different paints so I think it will look well blended. Colors. Funky dimensions,Great colors but two problems. The canvas was rolled around a foam tube for delivery. The tube bent and flexed during delivery so I never could get it flat. Then when I finished it and took it into my framer, she measured it and the dimensions are .75 inch shorter on one side than the other. Dont know how good a job she can do stretching it.
